Ashish Rajpal Ashish Rajpal
A co-founder, Ashish has an M.B.A from XLRI and an Ed.M (Mind, Brain and Education) from Harvard University. Drawing upon his inter-disciplinary background in education, management and cognitive psychology, Ashish has done innovative work in the areas of school curriculum, teacher education, leadership, and creativity.
   
   
Ronny Gulati Ronny Gulati
Passionate about making learning meaningful, Ronny has been instrumental is setting up the Strawberry Fields World School at Chandigarh. A co-founder, he has an MBA from XLRI and was a participant at the Project Zero Classroom 2004 at Harvard University.
   
   
Tapaswini Sahu Tapaswini Sahu
Tapaswini's research work, for her M.Phil. at Cambridge University and subsequent Ph.D. at JNU, focussed on the role of play in problem solving and social development of preschool children. Her areas of interest include curriculum development for children and coaching teachers to learn, grow and change their classroom practices.

An executive alumnus of IIM Bangalore, and a Post Graduate in Management from IIPM, Ujjwal has been in the domain of Education and Training for over 14 years with leading multinationals. Ujjwal is taking his passion for renewing education to the next level by pursuing Master’s of Education with specialization in Education Management
   
   
Shiladitya Ghosh Shiladitya Ghosh
After 14 years of teaching and working as curriculum advisor and Vice Principal in a school, Shil is now committed to making learning enjoyable. He believes that learning happens naturally and a curriculum should facilitate this process.
   

 


Nishi Jauhar Nishi Jauhar
M. Phil. from Jamia Milia Islamia and B. Ed. From Lady Irwin, Nishi has been involved in training of trainee teachers at Mirambika Free Progress School.
   
   
Rakhi Soni Rakhi Soni
Masters in Counselor Education (NYU), Rakhi holds degrees in psychology and social work. She believes that the teacher, who is the soul of the classroom, needs to maximize the capacity of each learner. She currently heads the instructional design work for XSEED.
   
   
   
Shweta Anand Arora Shweta Anand Arora
Shweta has a degree in Psychology, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and an Ed.M. (Learning and Teaching) from Harvard University. She has worked as a management consultant and an education consultant in India and the US.
   
   
Anustup Nayak Anustup Nayak
Anustup's interests are culture change and social enterprise. He has masters degrees in Public Policy from Georgia Tech. and in Education from Harvard. He has worked at a policy think tank and a strategy consultancy in the U.S.
   
   
Himanshu Joshi Himanshu Joshi
B. Tech & MBA (IIM Ahmedabad), Himanshu has diverse experience in innovation, project management and manufacturing. An energetic person, he is passionate about good and meaningful work.
   
   
Kiran Prasad Kiran Prasad
An alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences , Mumbai, Kiran has worked closely with the SCERT & DIETs on curriculum development and teacher training in Chhattisgarh. Kiran also spearheaded a curriculum project for Bharti which involved developing lesson plans for their 2000 schools in rural areas and organising trainings for teachers and master trainers.
