Ashish Rajpal A co-founder, Ashish has an M.B.A from XLRI and an Ed.M (Mind, Brain and Education) from Harvard University. Drawing upon his inter-disciplinary background in education, management and cognitive psychology, Ashish has done innovative work in the areas of school curriculum, teacher education, leadership, and creativity.
	Ronny Gulati Passionate about making learning meaningful, Ronny has been instrumental is setting up the Strawberry Fields World School at Chandigarh. A co-founder, he has an MBA from XLRI and was a participant at the Project Zero Classroom 2004 at Harvard University.
	Tapaswini Sahu Tapaswini's research work, for her M.Phil. at Cambridge University and subsequent Ph.D. at JNU, focussed on the role of play in problem solving and social development of preschool children. Her areas of interest include curriculum development for children and coaching teachers to learn, grow and change their classroom practices.
	Ujjwal Singh An executive alumnus of IIM Bangalore, and a Post Graduate in Management from IIPM, Ujjwal has been in the domain of Education and Training for over 14 years with leading multinationals. Ujjwal is taking his passion for renewing education to the next level by pursuing Master’s of Education with specialization in Education Management
	Shiladitya Ghosh After 14 years of teaching and working as curriculum advisor and Vice Principal in a school, Shil is now committed to making learning enjoyable. He believes that learning happens naturally and a curriculum should facilitate this process.
